Use of Exhaust Gas in place of Nitrogen

Neptune is also having a specific state of Art Technology for using the exhaust gas of prime Mover in place of Nitrogen for well stimulation.

The technology is very much cost effective and also reduces the Environmental pollutions. In this technology the exhaust gas, after cleaning & cooling, is used during Oil & Gas wells drilling instead of using Nitrogen. Exhaust gas is compressed from 80% of Nitrogen, 18% of Carbonic oxides and small amount of benzopyren. Investigations have shown that residual oxygen is exhausted gas from diesel engines does not exceed 3%. That is why exhaust gas after cooling & cleaning can be used in the technological process of well stimulation.
